INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT ON THE WEBSITE OF RIVIERA AD

Step 1: Registration of a user profile in the online payment system of Riviera AD
You will receive an activation letter for your profile at the email address you have specified upon registration. Only profiles with accurately filled in data regarding the name /personal and family name, trade name/ will be activated. The data under the “Name” field of the registration form will be used to fill in the “Buyer name” in the transaction note, issued upon successful payment.

Step 2: Select a payment document
Your profile contains information on all outstanding, paid, cancelled documents, as well as any refunded amounts. All documents have a unique number, date of issue, correct amount and may be reviewed in details. If you want to review the details of a document you have selected, click on the document number in order to visualize it on the screen. This document may be saved or printed.

Select the documents which you want to pay and click on the “Pay” button.

Step 3: Payment
After clicking the “Pay” button, the payment page of our service bank (UBB) will appear, where you need to fill in your card data.

  1. If you are registered in the authentication procedures Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, the authentication page of your issuing bank will appear, where you can fill in your authentication password.
  2. In case of a successful transaction (authorization received), a transaction note will appear on the screen, which you may print or save. We recommend saving the transaction note.
  3. In case of an unsuccessful payment, try again by carefully filling in your card data. Upon repeated refusal, try paying with another card.

 

ONLINE PAYMENT OF INVOICED ORDERS IN THE WEBSITE OF RIVIERA AD. USE OF PAID SERVICES

Riviera Holiday club undertakes to provide the use of the services, agreed and booked in advance and paid by the client online through the website of Riviera HC, according to the data provided by the client: client name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, regular and additional beds, price per night, other services ordered and paid in advance.

All prices published on the website of Riviera Holiday Club are in Bulgarian Leva (BGN), include 9% VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The transaction currency for card payments is Bulgarian Leva (BGN). If the website contains prices in other currencies other than Bulgarian Leva, such prices shall be considered as provided only for information purposes and may slightly differ from the amounts actually charged to your card in said currency.

A detailed description of the goods and services offered by Riviera HC is available on the HC website and can be provided by phone or as an offer to each specific inquiry.

Each payment document uploaded to a client’s profile may be visualized on the screen, printed or stored.

Financial parameters as well as the grounds for each payment document uploaded to the client’s profile correspond to the conditions agreed between Riviera AD and the client. All payment documents and clarifications thereto are submitted to clients by email in advance and the clients are familiar with them before having said documents visualized in their profile on the website of Riviera AD.

The conditions for reimbursement of amounts paid upon cancellations, non-appearance and changes to reservations, as well as for services agreed to and performed by Riviera AD comply with those referred to in your contract with Riviera AD.
If we need to pay amounts paid with a card for services agreed and performed by us, we will do that by means of a credit transaction to the card used for the payment.

Important!
All payment documents (invoices) which are uploaded to the client profiles are sent to the clients in advance (by mail or email) and the clients are therefore able to compare such documents at any time before paying online at the website of Riviera AD.

 

ONLINE PAYMENTS WITH BANK CARDS THROUGH A VIRTUAL POS

We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro card.

When using this payment method, the payment page of our service bank (UBB) will appear. The payment screen is located in a 3-D Secure environment, providing full protection of any card data provided: card number, validity term, CVV2/СVС2 code, name of the card holder.

In instances where cards require additional 3-D authentication, as registered in the authentication procedures by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, an authentication page of your issuing bank will appear, where you need to fill in your authentication password.

Riviera AD does not have access to the data of the card of the card holder; only our service bank does.
Riviera AD does not have access to the authentication data of the card holder; only his issuing bank does.

Important!

  • Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if it has been registered for participation in the online authentication procedures Verified by Visa or MasterCard SercureCode.
  • The maximum amount per transaction is BGN 10 0000.

In case of a successful transaction, the transaction note will appear on the screen and you can then print and save it.
At the time of online payment, the relevant amounts will be automatically charged to your card upon completion of the payment process.
Upon receiving a notification for unsuccessful payment, try again by carefully entering your card data. Upon repeated refusal, try paying with another card or contact your bank cardholder.

To protect you from any potential abuse upon payment with your Visa or MasterCard, we apply the best practices recommended by the international card organizations:

  • Security upon entering and transfer of card data is provided by an SSL protocol encrypting the link between our server and the payment page of our service bank;
  • the authenticity of your card is checked though a security code (CVV2);
  • in addition, to identify you as the card holder, the payment service for electronic trade of our service bank supports the authentication procedures for international card transactions – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode – provided that you are registered to use them.
